Will any games be played against other teams?

No games will be played against other teams until permitted by local guidelines. Our current plan is only for team camp.

Can a player also attend another camp/team during the same dates?

No, a player cannot attend any other live camp or be part of any other team. Players are allowed to attend online/virtual camps during those dates.

Where will the camps be located?

Camps will be at either Taylor Middle School, Green Hills Elementary, or Glen Oaks Field.

Will there be a refund if we choose not to attend the camps?

There will be no refunds due to expenses already incurred (e.g. uniforms, field rentals, insurance, field maintenance, and equipment). However, we are looking into providing some form of credit or discount for the next Spring season.

Are baseballs considered shared equipment? Updated as of 6/11/2020

Yes, baseballs are considered shared equipment and must be sanitized after each drill, no 2 players can touch the ball before being sanitized. Coaches may need to wear gloves for some drills.

While within their stable group, children and caregivers/coaches may share equipment, from County of San Mateo website.  Although this allows the sharing of baseballs, we still recommend not sharing any other baseball equipment including catchers gear. We will still provide sanitizer for teams to clean equipment including balls.

Who will be coaching the camps?

The plan is to have the current Spring coaches and assistant coaches manage their current team. Depending on the number of players, some teams may be combined with other teams, the maximum number of players will still be 15.

Will the bathrooms or portable bathrooms be open during camp? If yes, what is the cleaning procedure?

Bathrooms will be closed, but can be opened in an emergency. Coach or assistant coach would need to open and sanitize bathroom after each use.

Will there be any traditional summer all-star/travel teams?

TBD - depending on the local guidelines, teams may be formed later in the summer or fall.
