Hello Yankee families,

It looks like we have another weekend of rain so the fields will be closed. If it ever does stop raining, these will be our practice days:

Mondays at Lower Green Hills Field at around 5 pm (times will need to be confirmed weekly).
Sundays at Lower Green Hills Field from 2 to 4 pm.

We also have Lower Green Hills from 12 to 2 on Saturdays, and we will use this time to get in some extra practice before the season as well.

Once the season starts, these fields and times will be used for games, so we will be trying to figure out when & where we can hold practices during the season.

This year we are going with gray pants, dark blue (aka "Midnight Navy") socks and dark blue belt. Black works too if you can't find dark blue. You should be able to pick these things up at Dick's Sporting Goods, Big 5 or online. The league will be providing hats and jerseys.

Regarding equipment, if you are going to buy a bat, it should have the USA Baseball stamp of approval

Hi Everyone,

If you are receiving this email, your child has been selected to play on the Yankees in the Mustang Division of the Millbrae Lions baseball league.

I realize that it is late notice, but since we expect rain this week, we are going to have a practice tomorrow at the Lower Green Hills baseball field from 2 pm to 4 pm. Green Hills is located at Ludeman Lane and Cypress Court near Green Hills Elementary school.

We would also like to invite any parents who would like to coach to come and help us out.

We will be providing additional information about the season soon.
