Recent Millbrae Maddogs 12U News
Millbrae Lions Baseball is offering the opportunity for free Covid PCR testing.
There will be 2 days this coming week, Monday and Thursday @ Lower Green Hills parking lot, 3:30-5:30pm both days.
Testing is being provided by CrestViewLab. Due to current demand, test results typically take 48-72 hrs.
Please use one of the SignUpGenius links below, so we can let them know how many people to expect for each day.
Also, to speed up the onsite registration process for testing, please print out the Crestviewlab_Form_pdf (double sided/2 pages, 1 form per person), have it filled out, and bring with you to the site. Insurance is not required, CADL works as well.
