- Cleats (No metal cleats with portable pitching mound)

2026 Spring Baseball - PONY LEAGUE

Spring Baseball Registration Form

Millbrae Spring Ball program consists of several different leagues.

Spring Baseball Evaluations: Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Location: Mills High School Baseball Turf Field.

Division Player Evaluation Schedule is will released in early January

Teams Drafted: Week of January 26 - January 31, 2026

Opening Day: March 7, 2026

Team & Individual Photo Day: TBD

The season runs from Early March into Mid-May. Registration fees may vary and additional fees may apply.

Games may be played in the following cities: Millbrae, and for Bronco & Pony divisions: Burlingame, San Bruno, and South San Francisco locations, too.

Shetland/Tee Ball (Age 4-6): Instructional League, 50ft bases, tee hitting, modified coach pitch second half of season, no official umpires, includes jersey and cap ($125 early bird rate until Dec 31, $150 regular price)

-No Player Evaluations (unless petitioning to play up in the Pinto Division then must attend evaluations to be considered)

-Interleague Play Only - Millbrae

-Games on Saturdays

Pinto/AA (Age 7-8): Instructional League, 46/60 field, coach pitch, no official umpires, includes jersey and cap ($225 early bird rate until Dec 31, $280 regular price)

Mustang/AAA (Age 8-10): Instructional League, 46/60 field, kid pitch, youth umpires, includes jersey and cap ($275 early bird rate until Dec 31, $350 regular price)

Bronco/Majors Age 11-12): Instructional League, 50/70 field, kid pitch, umpires, includes jersey and cap ($300 early bird rate until Dec 31, $375 regular price)

- Games on Weeknights & Saturdays

Pony/Juniors (Age 13-14): Pony Peninsula League, 54/80 field, incoming 7th & 8th graders, adult umpires, includes jersey and cap ($325 early bird rate until Dec 31, $400 regular price)

- Player Evaluation Required

- Peninsula League - Millbrae, Burlingame, San Bruno & South San Francisco

- Games on Weeknights & Saturdays

Please consider signing up as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. If selected, your child(ren) may be entitled to a discount.

We will need volunteer head coaches and assistant coaches for the Shetland (Tee Ball), Pinto/AA, Mustang/AAA, Bronco/Majors and Pony/Juniors teams.

Participation may be limited and is subject to the availability of volunteer coaches.

Refund Policy:

100% refund requested in written before February 1, 2026

50% refund requested in written after February 1, 2026 - March 6, 2026

No refund after Opening Day: March 7, 2026
